Whistleblower Channel
A safe and confidential space to be heard.
The DotSE Whistleblower Channel is the official way to report misconduct, with optional anonymity, confidentiality and full protection for the whistleblower — compliant with Brazil's LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and NR-01 (occupational health and safety regulation).
Access the secure channel
Reports are submitted on a dedicated platform, operated in an independent, encrypted environment.
The reporting platform is currently available in Portuguese.
What can be reported
- Moral or sexual harassment
- Discrimination of any kind
- Fraud, irregularities and conflicts of interest
- Violations of internal policies and the code of conduct
- Risks to health, safety and well-being at work (NR-01)
- Misuse of personal data or confidential information
In emergencies or situations of immediate risk to life, please also contact official emergency services.
What happens after you report
Receipt and registration
The report is logged on the secure platform and forwarded to the designated person, with restricted access.
Analysis and investigation
Every report undergoes impartial analysis and, when necessary, an investigation that preserves evidence and confidentiality.
Action and follow-up
Measures are taken based on the findings. If you identify yourself, you receive updates on the progress.
